Calypso Mango Each

Sweet, juicy flavor. Calypso mangoes have yellow skin with deep pink blush and firm flesh.

How to Pick:
Start with smell. Pick a mango that has a sweet mango aroma. Squeeze the mango gently. A ripe mango will give slightly. Calypso have great shelf life and are best when completely ripe, allow fruit to reach full color with no signs of green for best eating experience.

How to Store:
To get the best taste out of your mangoes, follow these simple storage tips:
– If your mangoes are not ripe enough, store them at room temperature and out of the sun for a few days until ripe
– Never store mangoes in plastic bags – mangoes need air!Where it’s Grown:
Mangoes are grown in the tropical and sub tropical climates of Australia. Main growing areas include Darwin & Katherine in the NT, Mareeba, Bowen & Bundaberg in QLD and Kununurra & Carnarvon in WA.
